Schroders has announced that, after more than 16 years at Schroders and an investment career spanning nearly four decades, Jenny Jones, fund manager of Schroder US Mid Cap has decided to retire later this year.

Bob Kaynor, currently co-manager of the fund, will take over full responsibility in April 2019. Bob has more than 20 years investment experience, six of which have been at Schroders.

Darius McDermott, managing director of FundCalibre, commented: “Jenny Jones is a well-known investor. She has built a strong team and this manager change is a very good example of long-term secession planning, as Bob has been co-manager for several years.

“We wish Jenny all the best and Schroder US Mid Cap fund will remain Elite Rated.”
